The vineyard. The land. The origins. The starting point and place where we always return. Rest and hard work. Breathing and working. This is the land where one can begin to understand the essence of our wines. Our whole essence rests upon our vineyards. 45 estate-owned vineyards plus another ten on which we exercise absolute control, with old vines, very old vines, over forty, over sixty years old.

Old, mature vines that unhurriedly play their role in offering a low-yield production, that reach their optimal ripeness at just the right moment and from which we only choose those clusters, those grapes, which are most appropriate for making our wines.
